This SLAA initiative focuses on instilling and promoting respect, compassion. It was conceived to reinforce the community spirit which the association represents.

In its broadest scope, we want to promote and reinforce positive cultural and civic values in our members as they go about their lives.

The Values Project espouses respect for oneself, for others, and for societal values and institutions. Hard work, compassion, empathy, honesty, fair play, and diligence are among the many virtues we encourage in our members, through the ways we interact with each other.
