A census of members of SLAA is a first step in planning effectively and implementing all the other plans efficiently. The exercise obtained key demographic characteristics of each adult member and his/her family/household members. Details like age range, gender, educational background, employment status and occupation were sought.

Also, respondents were asked about their emotional or psychological feelings, and their perceptions of SLAA as their community organization.

This project was funded by The Sinkunia Community Development Organization.

At the AGM, the SLAA President proudly announced that this project is now complete, and the results analyzed by an expert who is also an SLAA member.

The president also acknowledged SLAA member Alimamy Mansaray (present at the AGM) for his voluntary services in analyzing the findings. Mr. Mansaray later made a formal presentation of his analysis, to the meeting.
