SLAA takes pride in helping its members to know their rights, duties, and responsibilities wherever they may find themselves – at home, in school, at work, and out in the public.

To perform this role effectively, Dr. Conteh and his team of executives and volunteers keep abreast with the laws, bylaws, and advisories from the three levels of government.

Also, the association sends representatives to attend informational and/or networking events and programs which may involve any of these levels of government, directly or indirectly.

Such networking also affords SLAA opportunities to promote the interests of its membership.
