The Interim Executive of the SLAA is pleased to provide an update regarding our upcoming General Meeting. Please find the details below:

Important Attendance Information:

To attend the General Meeting, your legal name must appear exactly as recorded on the SLAA Registered Members list. If you believe you paid your registration before July 31, 2024, but your name is missing or recorded incorrectly, please email your details and materials to confirm your membership in the SLAA to sierraleoneedmonton@gmail.com as soon as possible so the Interim Executive can investigate and make corrections if necessary.

All attendees must present valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Driver’s License, Alberta ID, or Passport) matching the name on the registered members list. Entry may be denied to anyone who does not meet this requirement.

Please note: This General Meeting is intended solely for current members and will establish the official voter list for the upcoming Annual General Meeting. No new memberships will be accepted at this meeting.
