The focus is to support programs that address the following needs:

Initiatives to support parent and community involvement and participation in the education of our members.

Citizenship and leadership development for all youths through our Sierra Leone Mentorship Program (SLEMP). Developing community leaders is a key part of creating an equitable and inclusive community.

Enhanced learning opportunities for students, particularly in the arts, health and fitness activities, and environmental programs. This is done through our After-School Programme. Certified teachers also offer homework help in various subject areas to students from Grades 1- 12.

Recognition of excellence in learning and teaching for all categories of students.
